Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes for custom/bespoke headwear- you can either book online or contact me via messages or phone me.  For hat hire either text, Whatsapp or phone me.

I have an event next week - can you make me a fascinator?

The short answer is NO - I have a 5 to 12 week wait depending on the time of year and also how many orders I have on my books.  My suggestion is that as soon as you purchase your outfit, book your milliner, regardless on how far in advance your event is.

Can you colour match my fascinator?

Yes, at your appointment, please bring a fabric swatch, outfit, shoes/bag as I can get as close a colour match as possible as exact is not ever guaranteed. 

Do you need a deposit?

Yes, before I begin any hat work, a 50% deposit is required.

Do you do hat alterations?

Yes, but I need to see the hat first as each hat has different needs.
